Bridge laying (Setu bandha Sarvangasana)

Bandha Sarvangasana, or bridge pose, helps to tone the body and lose weight.
Reaching the chest towards the chin helps massage the thyroid gland, which is
important for speeding up the metabolism. Pressing with your feet helps you
tone your thighs and muscles.
Child pose (Balasana)
Balasana is a simple yoga asana that will even be performed by beginners. In Sanskrit, bala means child and asana refers to his posture. Therefore, this pose is also called Child Pose. This pose soothes body, mind and spirit and stimulates the third point of view. The child's pose gently stretches the lower back, massages and tones the abdominal organs and stimulates digestion and elimination.
