YOGASANA FOR WEIGHT LOSS

                   


                      Yoga can be a kind of exercise in which your body progresses to various positions to be healthier or more flexible, improve your breathing and relax your mind. Yoga can also be a scientific practice of training, breathing control, relaxation, diet control and positive thinking and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the body, mind and the environment. The practice involves low impact physical activity, postures (called asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation and meditation.

Dog up (Urdhva Mukha Svanasana)

Bridge laying (Setu bandha Sarvangasana)

Setu Bandha Sarvangasana, or bridge pose, helps to tone the body and lose weight. Reaching the chest towards the chin helps massage the thyroid gland, which is important for speeding up the metabolism. Pressing with your feet helps you tone your thighs and muscles.



Child pose (Balasana)

Balasana is a simple yoga asana that will even be performed by beginners. In Sanskrit, bala means child and asana refers to his posture. Therefore, this pose is also called Child Pose. This pose soothes body, mind and spirit and stimulates the third point of view. The child's pose gently stretches the lower back, massages and tones the abdominal organs and stimulates digestion and elimination.

 


Plank installation (Phalakasana)

Phalakasana is an excellent pose for building basic muscle strength. Increase your stamina and improve your metabolism by focusing on the four stomach muscles, namely the abdomen, the transverse abdomen, internal and external oblique. It also tones the heart and abdominal muscles and reduces belly fat.
