Fitness steps to Transform Women from the age of 50 to 20's....

Transformation From the age of 50's to 20's for women

50 is just a number. And you are young at heart. But is your body telling you otherwise?

Scientifically speaking after 30, with each passing year, you lose 1% percent of your muscle, leading to a slower metabolism. So by the time you're 50, your body's metabolism is much slower and your vital hormones are almost undetectable. As a result, you gain weight rapidly, your muscles sag, and you harbor a host of health problems.

Do you want to know how to counter them? Start here, start now.  Read on to discover the different ways to lose weight for women over 50.

Steps women can lose weight after 50......

1. Count your calorie intake

It is easy to do. First, make a 3-day chart and record the foods you eat for three days. Include a weekend in the table, we tend to eat more on weekends. Enter the amount of food and the time you eat. Now, simply Google or use MyFitnessPal to calculate the number of calories in each serving of an ingredient. Now calculate how many calories you should consume. There are numerous tools online to do this simple test. For example, you can create an account in any exercise app with a calorie counter. All it will do is ask a few simple questions, such as your height, weight, age, gender, and activity level. Log in to the details and it will calculate your calorie requirement.

2. Create calorie deficit

Caloric deficit is the key to eliminating stored fat. How to do that? Suppose you consume 2,800 calories per day when your body really needs 2,200 calories, then try cutting 200 calories from your diet every two to three days. Start by consuming 2,600 calories and then 2,400 calories and finally 2,200 calories. Go slow to give your body time to adjust to a new routine and avoid going back to your old habits.

3. Follow a good diet plan

A good diet plan is the one that works for you. Don't follow fad diets or any other diet just because it worked for someone else. Eat broccoli, cabbage, Chinese cabbage, lettuce, carrot, beet, leek, celery, sweet potato, bell peppers, herbs, spices, low glycemic index fruits, healthy fats, whole grains, lean protein, green tea, oolong tea, etc. Also, consume 5-6 meals per day and eat every 3-4 hours to prevent your metabolism from slowing down. Talk to a registered dietitian to find out what is the best diet plan for you.

4. Eat lean protein

Your body needs protein to function properly. Enzymes, muscles, hair, nails, saliva - almost everything in your body is made up of protein. By age 50, you must have suffered a significant loss of muscle mass, and therefore must include lean protein in your diet to build muscle mass and increase muscle strength. Consume mushrooms, tofu, chicken breast, fish, lentils, beans, soy, nuts, seeds, and cruciferous vegetables for a good amount of protein.

5. Don't skip meals

Skipping meals can lead to hunger, weakness, and hamper brain functions. In fact, skipping a meal can slow your metabolism and make you eat more. The point is, eat right in the right proportion and at the right time instead of starving yourself.

6. Start with yoga

Exercise is mandatory if you are 5 or 50 years old. But the problem is that the joints, bones and muscles are not as active as those of a 5 year old. You should be very careful when you start exercising. So, start with yoga. Because it is easy on the joints, it increases flexibility, improves blood circulation, melts fat, increases immunity and helps eliminate toxins. Join a yoga class to learn the proper technique. Seek professional guidance if available.

7. Morning / evening walks

Yoga and a balanced diet will begin to show results in a few weeks. But what next? Unless you ask yourself, you will not advance. Take off your walking shoes and start walking in the morning or evening for 20-30 minutes. Start slowly and then when you feel comfortable enough, you can increase the pace. Stop if you need to catch your breath. And talk to your doctor to make sure that walking will not weaken your joints or harm your heart.

8. Strength and cardio training

This is the real challenge. If you've gained the strength and confidence to join a gym, nothing like it! We congratulate you on your commitment and courage. Yes, you should speak to your doctor before taking this step. If your doctor gives you the go-ahead, join a gym
